Came here on a weeknight and we had the place to ourselves! Service was pretty good, since we were the only ones there. Server checked on us a couple of times throughout our meal. Food was surprisingly pretty good for its price! We were hesitant at first since there was some bad reviews, but the meat was actually pretty good and tasty! Tip: Order the meat individually instead of the set since most of the good meat were from the individual sets. The marinated beef ribs and pork belly were definitely the best one out there! The ribs were so tasty and they gave us a huge portion too. The pork belly was surprisingly juicy and had a right amount of salt and taste to it. They also gave us a free shave ice at the end and it was surprisingly good too! Definitely worth the try for the price!

Bang for your buck, great! The service when I went, besides waiting like 15 minutes to be seated, was good. The server went into detail what the different meat were since it's not the most common selection of cuts. They have either a beef or pork set, I definitely enjoyed the spicy pork and all the beefs besides the marinated shoulder the sauce we had to add more salt to. The veggies, garlic noodles, and shave ice are a nice touch that's included with the all you can eat, wish just straight garlic was too. The venue is very clean and modern looking, making it a great kbbq spot with ample parking. We will definitely be coming back!

***3.5 STARS*** When my family raves over a restaurant, I'm willing to give the place a try. To be frank, I wasn't thrilled when I found out the food is similar to what I often see at my part time job. However, when I was advised favorite niece and nephew by default would be in attendance, I gave my green light to go. Katsuriki BBQ House (KBH) is a Korean BBQ restaurant that is located on the 2F near the corner of N School St and Houghtailing St, just above Rainbow Drive-In. Sister has been to KBH for their AYCE lunch special several times and just praises them. I see Asian style BBQ meats all the time so this type of food is not high on my list of preferred foods. There's shared parking in the assigned lots downstairs which is a plus in my books. My family had arrived first so I made my way to their booth. The restaurant seemed somewhat dark. Not sure if lighting was adjusted to utilize the sunlight as the windows provided natural lighting. It was agreed we'd all be getting their AYCE lunch special at $18.95 per person (not including any add-ons). Banchan and the house green salad were brought to our table and the staff lit our grill. I took my family's lead as they've been here multiple times by ordering the proteins and starches. Generally speaking, KBH is ideal for big eaters as you can order multiple rounds of assorted meats. KBH is all about quantity with quality taking the back seat. Personally, I enjoyed the spicy pork the best. It was flavorful and went the next level grilling it longer for the semi charred exterior. Although non-conventional, the spicy takuan was my favorite banchan with the sweet, sour and spicy flavors. Save room for dessert as a bowl of shave ice is also included in the meal. Service was above average on that day. Seems like there were perhaps 2 wait help on the floor but he came to our booth multiple times with refills. Overall, I had a memorable lunch at KBH where seeing the smiling faces of my family is priceless. Personally, this is not the type of restaurant I would initiate but wouldn't mind tagging along with family or friends. KBH is great for group dining as it encourages all to participate in the cooking while socializing.

I'm probably late to the game, but Katsuriki's lunch AYCE special is such a steal!! A friend of mine was visiting from Hawai'i island and was ono for some bbq where you cook it yourself cause she hasn't tried it for herself. A quick search since we were in the area led us to Katsuriki. At $18.95 per person, you most definitely get the best bang for your buck! There's a good selection of meats to keep everyone satisfied and it also comes with rice, salad, assorted banchan, and shave ice at the end of your meal! The meats were pretty good quality, I enjoyed the chuck roll, marinated knuckle, and sukiyaki pork. We went a little after 1pm on a Saturday, so it wasn't too busy. We were seated right away and service was always quick and friendly. I wish I got the name of our server because she was super sweet! Always came to refill our waters and check if we wanted to order more. After about 3 rounds of meat, we tapped out and called it a day and finished our meal with shave ice and s'mores! My friend loved the experience and asked me to take her again here next time lol
